Staff Philosophy

Teaching is a great profession, one that is often under-valued by the community. The New Generation College wants teachers who are dedicated professionals not just time-servers. We hire well qualified, experienced, mature teachers who are masters of their craft and who, putting it simply, love to teach. The College treats these professionals very differently from other schools: we strive (and succeed) in ensuring that their time is devoted to teaching by doing away with nearly all other distractions such as meetings, duties and extra-curricular pursuits. We want our teachers to single minded about what they do and we support them to that end.
